Consistency....you just have to keep reminding her it's not ok. Once she starts preschool, there socialization there will help a lot!
Teach him to quit the boob juice! You might have a rough month or two ahead but it's well worth it!!
Avocado toast, egg salad, pasta salads, cut-up fruit, string cheese. Also, if your kids don't like sandwiches, maybe try other "sandwich" type items like wraps, quesadillas, or pita pockets where you can incorporate meats, cheeses, and veg but it's not technically a sandwich.
We're very strict about how much time our child gets to study. We let them know that they have 45 minutes and it's up to them to use it wisely. It helps them focus, especially my older son. They don't want to hand in work that's incomplete so it really helps to have the time limit.
